10th International Conference on Modern Problems of Radio Engineering, Telecommunications and Computer Science (TCSET 2010) dedicated to 165th Anniversary of Lviv Politechnic National University, took place in Lviv, Ukraine.
As part of the conference opening ceremony dr. Zigmund Bluvband, president of ALD Ltd gave a speech on the topic of "Quality, Reliability and Safety - 100 Years of the Unity and Struggle".
